OUR PROCESS
CUSTOM QUOTE
As soon as a client requests a quote, every effort is made to collect enough information to provide a clear estimate. This could be by sending us video, or photos, or an on-site, in person visit where we test carpet, rug or upholstery fibers to ensure the best and safest cleaning methods, or do a sample for grout sealing.
acceptance
Upon acceptance of the estimate, a time and date is booked for the work to be done. Every effort is made to accommodate the clients needs and schedule. We are flexible and understand life happens. We offer financing options for the bigger projects.
project
Every project starts with a thorough vacuuming to ensure as much loose soil is picked up before we start our machines. We use a variety of machines to scrub, clean and extract dirty water into a closed system. Great care is taken to protect furniture, walls and baseboards while we work.
pAYMENT
